Before You Start
You must have Admin access.
AI Competency Assessment and/or Psychometric Assessment must be enabled and configured under Competencies > Analysis > Manage Methods.
Talents must have taken at least one assessment for results to appear here.
Overview
The Assessments Records page lets admins view assessment insights and results for the evaluation methods configured under Evaluation Methodsو currently AI Competency Assessment and Psychometric Assessment. From here, you can see organization-wide completion stats, drill into a specific competency or assessment, and view the list of enrolled talents. For AI Competency Assessment specifically, you can also open an individual talent's full assessment insight; including AI-generated strengths, weaknesses, and development recommendations. Psychometric Assessment results are available as an exportable report rather than an individual insight page.
Accessing Assessment Records
From the Admin panel sidebar, click Competencies.
Click Assessments Records.
The page opens titled Talent Assessments, defaulting to the AI Assessments tab.
AI Competency Assessments
Reading the Summary Cards
When the page opens (or when you click the AI Assessments tab), four summary cards show:
Total completed assessments: with the number of competencies covered
Overall completion rate: shown as a percentage, with the count of completed vs. total competency assignments
Talents pending: talents not yet assessed
Lowest completion: the competency with the lowest completion rate, and its rate
Browsing by Competency
Below the summary cards, a table lists every competency with an AI Competency Assessment configured, showing:
Competency
Job Roles: number of job roles this competency applies to
Talents: number of talents assigned
Completed Assessments
Actions: Export, to download that competency's results
Use Search by competency name, Filters, or Reset to narrow the list.
Viewing Enrolled Talents
Click any competency to open the list of talents enrolled in it. This list shows:
Talent: name, avatar, and job title
Department
Latest Assessment: date of their most recent attempt
Actions: View Insights
Viewing a Talent's Insight
Click View Insights next to any talent to open their individual assessment insight. This page has two tabs: Overall Insights and Questions Report.
Overall Insights
The Overall Score section shows:
AI Assessment level: the talent's current level from this assessment
Previous Level: their level from the prior assessment
Time Frame: how long they took
Last Attempt: the date of their most recent attempt
Number of Attempts
The Overall Feedback section includes:
Comprehensive Assessment: an AI-generated paragraph summarizing the talent's performance
Key Strengths: what the talent did well
Areas for Improvement: where gaps exist
Development Recommendations: suggestions for closing those gaps
Questions Report
Click Questions Report to review the talent's answers question by question. A Questions panel lists every question (Question 1, Question 2, etc.); select one to see:
Scenario: the situation presented to the talent
The question asked
Talent Answer: the option the talent selected, highlighted among all the available options
Insights: an AI-generated note on what that answer reflects
Psychometric Assessment
Click the Psychometric Assessment tab to switch views.

AI Assessments organizes results by competency and lets you open an individual talent's full insight page. Psychometric Assessment organizes results by individual assessment, and only offers an exportable report per talent.

Yes, click Bulk Export at the top of the page. You can also export a single competency's or assessment's results using the Export action in its row.
