Before You Start

  • You must have Admin access to view company-wide analytics

  • Analytics live on the Dashboard, in the Analytics section

  • Each analytics tab draws on data from a different part of Lumofy

Overview

Lumofy brings your analytics together on the Dashboard. The Analytics section organizes the data into four tabs, each connected to a different module: Learning, Engagement, Talents, and Performance. This gives you one place to see how your people learn, how they feel, how active they are, and how they perform.

How Analytics Are Organized

The Analytics section has four tabs. Each tab reflects data from the module it is connected to.

  • Learning: learning activity from the Develop area, such as top learning topics, active talents, completion rate, top learners, and overall learning time.

  • Engagement: sentiment from the Engage area, shown as the Talent eNPS score and its breakdown into detractors, passives, and promoters.

  • Talents: platform activity, such as talent logins over time, so you can see adoption and usage patterns.

  • Performance: results from performance cycles, such as average scores, goal progress, and top performers.

What Else Is on the Dashboard

Beyond the Analytics tabs, the Dashboard helps you act on what you see.

  • Action Center: a Things To Do list of items waiting on you, and Quick Actions to add a competency, build a course, or build a pathway.

  • Company Overview prompt: a guided step to add your company details so Lumofy's AI can work with your data.

What You Can Track

At a glance, the Analytics tabs let you track:

  • Learning adoption and progress: active talents, completion rate, and learning time

  • Content performance: top learning topics and top learners

  • Engagement: the Talent eNPS score and its trend

  • Platform activity: talent logins and active versus inactive talents

  • Performance: average scores, goal progress, and top performers

💡 Tip: Start on the Dashboard for the high-level picture, then open the tab that matches the question you are trying to answer.
