Written by Abdelrahman Tarek

Before You Start

  • You must have Admin access to view company-wide analytics

  • Engagement data is shown in the Engagement tab of the Analytics section on the Dashboard

  • Engagement data comes from surveys and eNPS in the Engage area

Overview

The Engagement tab shows team sentiment through the Talent eNPS score. It gives you the overall score against your target, a breakdown of who is a detractor, passive, or promoter, and at-a-glance guidance on what the numbers mean.

Open Engagement Analytics

  1. Go to the Dashboard.

  2. In the Analytics section, select the Engagement tab.

Read the Metrics

eNPS Score

The overall Talent eNPS score, with a status label such as "Critical" and your Target Score for comparison. Select View Report to open the full eNPS report.

eNPS Score Breakdown

The share of responses split into three groups:

  • Detractors: unhappy respondents.

  • Passives: neutral respondents.

  • Promoters: satisfied respondents who would recommend the company.

At a Glance

A short, plain-language read of the result, for example that a low score is a sign to re-engage the team, or that most responses fall under detractors and indicate low satisfaction.

💡 Tip: Watch the score against your Target over time. The direction of change matters more than a single reading.

Interpret Engagement Data

  • Score below target, mostly detractors: satisfaction is low. Review feedback and plan actions to re-engage.

  • Score near or above target, mostly promoters: sentiment is healthy. Keep doing what is working.

  • Rising passives: people are on the fence. Small improvements can move them toward promoters.

📝 Note: eNPS reflects who responded. Read it alongside response rates so you know how representative the score is.
