Before You Begin
AI Review Assistance must be enabled before the cycle is launched. The admin turns it on in Step 1: Cycle Details during cycle creation. It cannot be activated after the cycle is live.
Once enabled, an AI Assist button appears inside the Manager Review form for every manager in the cycle.
AI Review Assistance helps managers write the justification for their rating on each goal. It does not assign ratings or calculate scores.
Enabling AI Review Assistance
In Step 1: Cycle Details, the admin will find the AI Review Assistance toggle. Turning it on activates the feature for the entire cycle. All managers reviewing talents in this cycle will see the AI Assist button when they open the Manager Review form.
How It Works
The Manager Review form includes a Justification field for each goal, alongside the rating and the comment. The Justification is where the manager explains the reasoning behind the rating they selected.
When the manager is ready to fill in the Justification, they click the AI Assist button. A panel opens where the manager selects the language they want the AI to write in (for example, Arabic or English). The AI then generates a draft justification based on the talent's goal data, KPI progress, and available context from the performance sheet.
The manager reads what the AI has written, edits the text as needed to reflect their own assessment, and then submits. The AI-generated text is a starting point — managers are expected to review and adjust it before the review is submitted.
