Before You Start
You must be a Super Admin or an Admin with company profile permissions
Organization settings are found under Company → Profile
Overview
The Company Profile page is where you configure how your organisation appears inside Lumofy. This includes your company name in English and Arabic, brand colour, contact information, social media links, and detailed business information that Lumofy's AI uses to personalise the platform experience.
Accessing Organization Settings
In the left navigation, click Company, then click Profile.
The Company Profile page opens showing your current company details.
Editing the Company Profile
Click the edit icon (pencil) in the top right of the profile header, or click directly on a section's edit icon to open the Edit Company Profile modal.
The modal contains:
Company Name
Company Name (English) — the name displayed in English across the platform
Company Name (Arabic) — the name displayed when the platform language is Arabic
Brand Color
Choose from preset brand colours or enter a custom hex code
The selected colour is applied to branded elements across the platform
Contact and Social
Email — your company's primary contact email
Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter) — add your social media profile links
Click Save Changes to apply.
Business Information
The Business Information panel on the right side of the profile shows:
Industry
Customer Type
Region
Company Stage
Year Founded
Revenue Range
Click the edit icon next to Business Information to update these fields.
Team & Demographics
The Team & Demographics panel shows workforce data:
Number of Employees
Average Employees Age
Workforce Type
Click the edit icon next to Team & Demographics to update these fields.
About Company and Company Vision
The main body of the profile contains two sections that feed into Lumofy's AI capabilities:
About Company — describe who you are, what you do, and what makes your organisation unique. Click Add Company Overview to add or update this.
Company Vision — describe the future you are building. Lumofy's AI uses this to align content and recommendations with your direction. Click Add Vision to add or update this.
Business Objective — add your key business objectives. These help the platform's AI surface relevant learning and actions.
