Overview
Company Profile is where you give Lumofy's AI the context it needs to generate relevant outputs for your organization. The more accurate and complete your profile is, the more tailored your competencies, goals, and content recommendations will be.
What This Setup Controls
Your Company Profile directly powers Lumofy's AI. It influences:
Competency generation
Goals generation in performance cycles
Content recommendations and content generation
Talent potential ratings
A well-configured profile ensures all AI outputs are tailored to your business — not generic.
Where to Access
1- From the left sidebar, click Company
2- Select Profile
What to Configure
Once inside Company Profile, you will see a progress indicator at the top. Work through each section below. Each one opens as a modal when clicked.
Branding
Customize how the platform appears to your team.
1- Click the pencil icon on your company logo to upload a logo image
2- Click the edit icon (pencil) next to your company name to open the Edit Company Profile modal
3- Fill in the following:
Company Name (English): your organization's name in English
Company Name (Arabic): your organization's name in Arabic
Brand Color: select a preset color or enter a custom hex code
Email: your company's contact email
Social Media Links: add your Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter) profile URLs
4- Click Save Changes
About Company
Tell your company's story, what you do, and what makes your organization unique.
1- Click Add Company Overview
2- In the modal, type your company story in the text field
3- Optionally, attach a file by clicking or dragging it to the upload area
4- Supported file types: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, JPG, PNG, CSV (up to 10 MB)
5- Click Save Changes
💡Tip: Upload an existing company overview document rather than typing from scratch. The AI reads both formats equally well.
Company Vision
Describe the future you are building. Lumofy AI uses this to inspire and align development goals.
1- Click Add Vision
2- In the modal, type your vision statement in the text field
3- Optionally, attach a file by clicking or dragging it to the upload area
4- Supported file types: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, JPG, PNG, CSV (up to 10 MB)
5- Click Save Changes
Company Mission
Set the purpose that drives your organization's learning and performance.
1- Click Add Mission
2- In the modal, type your mission statement in the Add your company mission field
3- Optionally, attach a file under Attach company mission files by clicking or dragging it to the upload area
4- Supported file types: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, JPG, PNG, CSV (up to 10 MB)
5- Click Save Changes
Company Values
Define the principles that guide your culture and behaviors. These are used to automatically generate competencies and align evaluations with your culture.
📝Note: Company values are used directly in competency generation. Make sure they reflect how your organization actually operates, not just aspirational statements.
Business Objective
Enter your key business goals so Lumofy AI can align development insights with what drives your growth.
1- Click Add Objectives
2- In the modal, click Add Objective to create a new goal entry
3- Type each objective in its field
4- Repeat to add multiple objectives
5- Click Save Changes
📝Note: Each objective is added as a separate item. You can add as many as needed in one session.
Company Strategy
Share your strategic direction so Lumofy can connect learning and talent development with your long-term plans.
1- Click Add Strategy
2- In the modal, type your strategy in the text field
3- Optionally, attach a strategy document by clicking or dragging it to the upload area
4- Supported file types: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, JPG, PNG, CSV (up to 10 MB)
5- Click Save Changes
💡Tip: Upload your actual strategy document for the most accurate AI alignment. A one-line summary is less effective than a full strategy brief.
Operation Plan
Outline your operational roadmap. Lumofy uses this to suggest learning paths and initiatives that support your day-to-day operations.
1- Click Add Operation Plan
2- In the modal, type your operation plan in the text field
3- Optionally, attach a file by clicking or dragging it to the upload area
4- Supported file types: PDF, DOCX, PPTX, JPG, PNG, CSV (up to 10 MB)

Company KPIs
Define the metrics your organization tracks so Lumofy AI can align development recommendations with measurable outcomes.
Business Information
Add structural context about your organization.
1- Click Add Business Info
2- In the modal, fill in the following fields:
What is your industry: search by keyword
Year Founded
Headquarter: select your HQ location
Competing Region: select the regions you operate in
Revenue Range: select one: $0–$1M, $1M–$10M, $10M–$100M, or Above $100M
Customer Type: select B2B (Business-to-Business) or B2C (Business-to-Consumer)
Current Stage: select one: Early Stage, Startup, Scale Up, Enterprise, or Global
3- Click Save Changes
Team & Demographics
Provide details about your workforce composition.
1- Click Add Team Info
2- In the modal, fill in:
Number of Employees: select one: 1–50, 51–200, 201–500, 1001–5000, or Above 5000
Average Employee Age Range: select one: 18–25, 26–33, 34–41, 42–49, or 55+
Workforce Type: select one: On-site, Remote, or Hybrid
3- Click Save Changes

No, but the more complete your profile is, the more accurate Lumofy's AI outputs will be. At minimum, complete Company Overview, Values, and Business Objective before launching performance cycles or assessments.

Yes. About Company, Vision, Strategy, and Operation Plan all support file uploads in addition to text. Use your existing documents for the best results.

Changes take effect for future AI-generated content. Active cycles already in progress are not retroactively updated.
