  2. In the Analytics section, select the Performance tab.

  3. Choose the performance cycle from the cycle selector, and use Filters to narrow the view.

Read the Metrics

Performance Scores Overview

The headline averages for the cycle: Avg. Performance Score, Avg. Goals Score, Avg. Competencies Score, and Avg. Trainings Score. Below them, a chart shows how many people fall into each rating band, from "Needs Improvement" to "Outstanding". An At a Glance note summarizes the result.

Goals Progress Insights

How goals are progressing, split into Departments and Talents:

  • A breakdown of goals by status: On Track, Off Track, At Risk, and Missed.

  • A Compilation Ratio gauge with the percentage complete and the total number of goals.

Talent Performers Overview

Two views of people:

  • Top Performers: your highest-scoring talents.

  • Lowest Performers: talents with the lowest scores, so you can target support.

Use the All Reviews option to choose which review the scores are based on.

💡 Tip: Read the score distribution with the averages. A solid average can still hide a group that needs attention at the lower bands.

Interpret Performance Data

  • High average, most people meeting or exceeding expectations: a healthy cycle. Recognize top performers.

  • Goals mostly Off Track or At Risk: progress is slipping. Follow up before the cycle closes.

  • A cluster in the lower bands: target development and support for those talents.

📝 Note: Scores depend on the cycle and the review you select. Make sure you are reading the cycle and review you intend before drawing conclusions.
