Before You Start

  • You must be a Super Admin or an Admin with session management permissions

  • Attendance must be marked before it appears in the report — see [Managing Attendance]

Overview

Session reporting in Lumofy is attendance-based and scoped to individual sessions. For each session, the Attendees tab shows all enrolled Talents and their attendance status across all session days. Admins can review this data in the table or download it as an attendance sheet.

Viewing Attendance Data

  1. Go to Develop → Sessions

  2. Click the session you want to review

  3. Select the Attendees tab

The table shows:

  • Talent name and job title

  • Department

  • Attendance Status — Pending, Attended X of Y, Late, or Absent

In a multi-day session, "Attended X of Y" shows how many session days each Talent attended out of the total number of days.

Exporting the Attendance Sheet

  1. On the Attendees tab, click Download Attendance Sheet

  2. The file downloads with the complete list of Talents and their attendance statuses

💡 Tip: Export after all session days are complete and attendance is fully marked to get the most accurate data.

What the Report Includes

The downloaded sheet includes:

  • Talent names

  • Departments

  • Attendance status per Talent

📝 Note: Reporting is per session. There is no aggregate view across multiple sessions in Lumofy.
