You need Super Admin or Admin access to configure a performance cycle.
Step 7 follows Step 6: Score Formula. Complete Step 6 before continuing.
Auto-Scores lets you connect data from integrated tools to automatically populate certain score components without manual reviewer input.
Training Needs
The Training Needs section lets you automatically calculate a training needs score based on data from your connected systems.
Toggle Training Needs ON to enable automatic scoring for the Training Needs component. This component must have been enabled in Step 2: Cycle Components for this option to appear.
When enabled, Lumofy pulls completion and performance data from connected learning a Training Needs score automatically for each participant.
If you did not enable Training Needs in Step 2, you will not be able to turn this toggle on.
Goals and Competencies Auto-Scores
Automatic scoring for Goals and Competencies is coming soon. This feature will allow scores from connected productivity and project management tools to feed directly into goal and competency scores without manual review input.

Saving and Moving to Step 8
At the bottom of the page:
Cancel — exits the wizard without saving.
Save as Draft — saves the current Auto-Scores configuration and keeps the cycle in Draft status.
← Back — returns to Step 6: Score Formula.
Next → — saves Step 7 and moves to Step 8: Expected Scores.

What is Training Needs auto-scoring?
When Training Needs auto-scoring is enabled, Lumofy automatically calculates a score for the Training Needs component based on progress of the connected learning in the system, rather than requiring a reviewer to manually enter a score. This saves time and ensures Training Needs scores are based on objective completion data.
I enabled Training Needs in Step 2 but do not see it in Step 7. Why?

Confirm that you enabled the Training Needs component in Step 2: Cycle Components. If it was not enabled there, you will no be able to turn it on in Step 7. Go back to Step 2 to enable it.

Yes. If you do not need auto-scoring for any component, simply leave all toggles off and click Next to proceed to Step 8.
