Overview
As an Admin or Super Admin, your home base in Lumofy is the Dashboard. From there you can monitor activity, take action on pending items, and navigate to every administrative area in the platform.
Administration in Lumofy is split across two areas:
Company (in the left navigation) — manage your users, org structure, and company profile
Settings (accessed from your user menu at the bottom left) — configure platform behaviour, notifications, SSO, and security
The Admin Dashboard
When you log in as an Admin or Super Admin, the Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of what needs attention.
Action Center
The Action Center shows:
Things To Do — a list of pending tasks assigned to you, such as reviewing survey results, approving assessments, or assigning learning paths. Click View All to see the full list.
Quick Actions — shortcuts to the most common admin tasks: Add Competency, Build Course, Build Pathway
Analytics
Below the Action Center, the Analytics section gives you platform-wide data across five tabs: Learning, Engagement, Talents, Skills, and Performance.
