eNPS Score
The eNPS score is displayed prominently at the top of the dashboard, alongside your Target eNPS Score for comparison. The score is labelled to indicate performance level (for example: Critical, Needs Improvement, Good, Excellent).
How eNPS is calculated:
eNPS = % Promoters − % Detractors
Scores range from -100 (all Detractors) to +100 (all Promoters).
Score Breakdown
Below the main score, Talents are divided into three groups based on their responses:
Group | Colour | What it means |
Detractors | 🔴 Red | Talents unlikely to recommend the organisation |
Passives | 🟡 Yellow | Neutral Talents — not actively promoting or detracting |
Promoters | 🟢 Green | Talents likely to recommend the organisation |
Each group shows its percentage of total respondents.
Response Rate
A donut chart shows overall survey participation:
X out of Y Talents responded
Percentage response rate
Domain Charts
Four domain-specific donut charts provide deeper insight into the areas that drive eNPS:
Domain | What it measures |
Leadership Trust | How much Talents trust their leadership |
Recognition Satisfaction | How valued Talents feel for their contributions |
Career Development Index | How supported Talents feel in their professional growth |
Well-being Score Distribution | How Talents rate their overall well-being at work |
Each domain chart shows the score distribution for that area.
eNPS Breakdown Table
A breakdown table lets you analyse the Detractor / Passive / Promoter distribution across different organisational segments. Use the toggle to switch between:
Division
Department
Job Role
This helps identify which segments of your organisation have the highest or lowest scores, so you can target improvements more effectively.

⚠️ Warning: Ending a survey is permanent. The survey closes immediately Talents can no longer submit responses. All data collected to that point is preserved and remains visible in the dashboard.
