Before You Start

  • You must have Admin access to view the Progress Hub

  • Open it from Home > Progress Hub

  • Reporting works across four activity types: Development Pathways, Courses, Sessions, and Quizzes

Overview

The Progress Hub is where you build custom reports on how Talent is progressing. You segment the data by activity type, narrow it with search and filters, read each Talent's status and progress, and export the result to share outside Lumofy.

Open the Progress Hub

  1. Go to Home.

  2. Select Progress Hub.

Segment the Data

Each tab scopes the report to one activity type.

  1. Select a tab: Development Pathways, Courses, Sessions, or Quizzes.

  2. The table updates to show Talent progress for that activity type.

For each row you see the Talent (name and role), the assigned item (for example, the Development Pathway), the Status, and Progress.

💡 Tip: Status is color-coded. On Track appears in green and Off Track in red, so you can scan the list for who is falling behind.

Search and Filter

  1. Use Search by Talent's name to find a specific person.

  2. Select Filters to narrow the report by the available criteria.

  3. Select Reset to clear search and filters and return to the full list.

📝 Note: Combine a tab with filters to build a precise view, for example only Off Track Talent on a specific pathway.

Export the Report

  1. Build the view you want with the tab, search, and filters.

  2. Select Export Talents List to download the report.

  3. Share the exported file with leadership or stakeholders.

💡 Tip: Apply your filters before exporting. The export reflects the view you have on screen.

Read Status and Progress

  • Status: On Track means the Talent is progressing as expected; Off Track means they are behind.

  • Progress: a percentage bar showing how far the Talent has completed the assigned item.

Use the two together: a low percentage with an Off Track status is a clear prompt to follow up.
