Overview

The Dashboard is your home base for platform activity. It combines a Company Overview prompt, an Action Center for what needs your attention, and the Analytics section where the Talents tab shows how actively your people use Lumofy.

Read the Dashboard

When you open the Dashboard, you see three areas from top to bottom.

  • Company Overview prompt: a progress card to add your company details so Lumofy's AI can use your data.

  • Action Center: a Things To Do list of items waiting on you, with View All, and Quick Actions to add a competency, build a course, or build a pathway.

  • Analytics: tabs for Learning, Engagement, Talents, and Performance.

Measure Platform Activity

The Talents tab is where you measure adoption and usage.

  1. In the Analytics section, select the Talents tab.

  2. View the Talents Activity Overview, a chart of talent logins over time.

  3. Switch between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly to change the time frame.

  4. Hover a point on the chart to see the number of logins on a specific date.

💡 Tip: Use the Monthly view to spot longer trends, and the Daily view to check activity around a launch or campaign.
