Overview

When you log in to Lumofy, your home dashboard gives you a snapshot of everything that matters: pending tasks, goal progress, competency assessments, learning activity, performance cycle status, and your leaderboard ranking — all in one place.

The top navigation bar gives you quick access to the main sections of the platform: Home, Development Pathways, Learning Hub, My Performance, and Leaderboard.

Things To Do

The Things To Do section sits at the top of your dashboard and shows any actions that need your attention right now. This includes pending tasks such as:

  • Performance sheets waiting for you to fill in or submit

  • Manager or self review steps that are open

  • Survey or eNPS responses you have not submitted yet

  • Acknowledgment steps awaiting your confirmation

Each item links directly to the relevant screen so you can complete it without navigating manually. A View All link opens the full task list.

Goals

The Goals section shows a summary of your active goals for the current performance cycle. At a glance you can see:

  • The total number of active goals

  • How many are on track, at risk, or missed

  • Key goal details including target date, progress percentage, weight, and department

Each goal row is expandable click a goal to view its full details, progress history, and any action items attached to it.

Use the tabs at the top of the section to switch between Goals and Training Needs.

My Competencies

The My Competencies section shows all the competencies assigned to you in the current cycle, along with your current rating for each one.

Each competency card displays:

  • Competency name and cluster — the category it belongs to (e.g., Finance Operation, Critical Thinking)

  • Your current rating — shown as a label such as Skilled, Expert, or Super Expert

  • Action buttons — shortcuts to start or continue a self-assessment or take a talent assessment

A View All link opens the full competency list with additional details.

Learning Progress

The Learning Progress section gives you a quick view of your learning activity across the platform. It shows:

  • Active Development Pathways — pathways currently assigned to you

  • Completed Development Pathways — pathways you have finished

  • Completed Courses — total courses completed across all pathways and assignments

  • Learning Hours — total time logged in learning activities

Each stat links through to the relevant section in the Learning Hub so you can continue or review your progress.

Performance Overview

The Performance Overview section shows your current standing in the active performance cycle. It displays:

  • Cycle name — the name of the active cycle (e.g., Q4 2025 Performance Cycle)

  • Current Score — your overall performance score so far

  • Goals — number of goals submitted or in progress

  • Competencies — competency assessment status

  • Training Needs — training needs status

A View Performance Details button takes you to your full performance sheet where you can see a complete breakdown of your scores, review history, and cycle timeline.

Leaderboard

The Leaderboard section at the bottom of your dashboard shows your current XP ranking compared to your peers. It displays the top-ranked employees with their names and XP points, and highlights your own position in the ranking.

Click See All to open the full leaderboard page.
