FAQs

What does the percentage on the Dashboard banner mean?

It shows how complete your Company Profile is. The higher the percentage, the more context Lumofy's AI has to generate tailored competencies, goals, and content recommendations.

What is the difference between Content Builder and Pathways?

Content Builder is where you create individual learning items (Courses, Bites, Kits, Games). Pathways are collections of those items organized into a structured development journey assigned to Talent.

What does "Requires Attention" mean in Company Structure and Talents?

It flags users or structural entries that are missing required data, such as talents without an assigned role or structural nodes with incomplete configuration.

Can I access all modules from day one?

Some sub-sections (such as Analysis under Competencies and Goals under Performance) are locked until specific conditions are met, such as completing configuration or activating a cycle.
