Before You Start
You must have goals assigned to you in an active Performance Cycle
Action items are optional and only appear if your manager has added them to your goal
Overview
Your Goals page is where you track and update progress on the goals assigned to you. You can update your KPI progress, work through action items your manager has added, and leave comments to keep your manager updated; all without leaving the goal.
Accessing Your Goals
From the Dashboard, click View All Goals.
Alternatively, from the header, click Performance, then select PM Goals.
The Goals page opens with a table listing all your goals, along with their status, progress, target date, and target value.
Updating Your Goal Status and KPI Progress
The Goals table gives you two separate ways to update a goal, depending on what you want to update.
Updating the Overall Status
In the Goals table, find the goal you want to update.
Click the current status shown in the Status column (for example, On Track, Off Track, or At Risk). A pop-up window will appear.
In the pop-up, update the goal's overall status.
Save your update.
Updating Numeric KPI Progress
In the Goals table, find the goal you want to update.
In the Actions column, click Update Goal. A pop-up window will appear.
In the pop-up, update your KPI progress. Depending on how your Admin has configured the goal, you'll update a static KPI, a numeric KPI, or both.
Save your update.
📝 Note: The Status column only updates the goal's overall status. To update numeric KPI progress, use the Update Goal button in the Actions column.
Viewing and Completing Action Items
Your manager can add action items to your goal to guide how you make progress. You'll find these on the goal details page.
In the Goals table, click the name of the goal you want to work on. You'll be directed to the goal details page.
Under the Actions section, review all action items added by your manager.
Complete the work described in each action item.
Once you've finished an action item, check the box next to it to mark it as complete.
📝 Note: If the Actions section is empty, your manager hasn't added any action items to this goal yet.
Adding Comments on a Goal
Use comments to update your manager on progress or ask questions directly on the goal.
On the goal details page, scroll to the Comments section.
Click the comment field and type your comment.
Click the send icon to post it.
Your comment appears in the thread below, alongside any comments from your manager or admin.
