You can take part in calibration only after an Admin adds you as a contributor
The invite to calibrate appears as a task in your My To-dos tab
Overview
Calibration is where contributors review and align Talent scores so results are fair and consistent across the team. As a contributor, you review each Talent's scores, then adjust a score where it needs to change, or keep the existing rating and let the breakdown stand.
📝 Note: You see calibration only when an Admin adds you as a contributor to the session. If you have not been invited, you will not see this task.
Join the Calibration Session
Go to your Home and select the My To-dos tab.
Open the calibration task to join the session.
The session opens with the Talents on the left and the selected person's scores on the right.
The left panel shows a Calibration Progress indicator and tabs for all, reviewed, and pending. A Talent may be flagged, for example as a Potential Outlier, to draw your attention.
Review Each Talent's Scores
Select a Talent to open their scores.
Read the Final Score and the Score Details: Goal Score, Competencies Score, and Trainings Score, each with its rating label.
Open the Reviews Breakdown to compare the Self Score, Manager Score, and Final Score for each goal or competency. Select View Score Details for more.
💡 Tip: Use View AI Summary for a quick read of the Talent's results, and Show Contributors and View Activity Log to see who is calibrating and what has changed.
Adjust or Defend a Rating
You can change a score or keep it as it stands.
Adjust: under Calibrate Score, select Add new score and enter the new score out of 5.
Defend: review the Reviews Breakdown and keep the existing score. The Activity Log records changes and who made them, so your decision is on the record.
Submit Your Calibration
Use Next Talent and Previous Talent to move through the list.
When you have reviewed your Talents, select Submit Calibration Scores.
⚠️ Warning: Submit your calibration scores once you are done. Review each Talent and any adjustments before you submit.
