The check-in task appears in your My Team tab during a performance cycle
Check-ins appear only when they are included in the active cycle
Overview
A check-in is a quick progress update on your team's goals during a performance cycle. When the active cycle includes a check-in, a task appears in your My Team tab. For each goal, you set its current health and add a comment, so progress stays visible between reviews.
📝 Note: Check-ins appear only when they are included in the active performance cycle. If your cycle has no check-in step, you will not see this task.
Open the Check-In
Go to your Home and select the My Team tab.
Open the check-in task, or select Start Check-In on the performance cycle notification.
The check-in opens with your team on the left and the selected person's goals on the right.
The left panel shows a Check in Progress indicator and tabs for all, checked, and pending, so you can track who is left.
Check In on Each Goal
Select a team member to see their goals.
For each goal, choose its current health: On track, Needs attention, or Out of scope.
In the Comment field, add your thoughts on progress. The comment is optional.
Select Submit & Next to save and move to the next goal.
Continue through each goal and team member until the check-in is complete.
💡 Tip: Use the comment to note what is helping or blocking a goal, so the next review has context.
