Before You Start
You must have Admin access to view quiz results
The quiz must have at least one enrolled Talent with a recorded attempt
Open Develop > Quizzes to find the quiz you want to review
Overview
Each quiz keeps a record of how every enrolled Talent performed. From the quiz, the Enrolments tab lists each Talent with their last attempt date and score, so you can spot who is struggling and follow up.
Open a Quiz's Results
Go to Develop > Quizzes.
Select the quiz card you want to review. The quiz opens on its detail view.
Select the Enrolments tab.
The Enrolled Talents List shows every Talent enrolled in the quiz.
Read the Results
The Enrolled Talents List shows one row per Talent:
Talent: name and role
Last attempt date: when the Talent most recently took the quiz
Score: the points earned on that attempt
Action: follow-up actions for that Talent
Use Search by Talent's name to find a specific person, or Filters to narrow the list. Select Reset to clear filters.
💡 Tip: Compare each Score against the quiz's Passing Score to see at a glance who passed and who needs support.
Act on Knowledge Gaps
When a Talent scores below the passing mark, you can follow up from the same list.
Find the Talent in the Enrolled Talents List.
In the Action column, select Assign Pathways to enrol them in a Development pathway that builds the skills they missed.
Use the Additional Actions menu for other bulk follow-up options on the list.
📝 Note: Low scores on the same questions across many Talent often point to a content gap, not just individual performance. Use that pattern to decide what to reinforce.
Manage Enrolments
Select Enrol Talents to add more Talent to the quiz.
Use the row menu next to a Talent for actions specific to that person.
