Tracking Pathway Completion

Monitor Talent progress, manage enrolment statuses, and take action when Talents need support to stay on track.

Written by Mohamed Shantory

Before You Start

  • You must be a Super Admin or an Admin with content management permissions

  • Talents must be enrolled in the Pathway before their progress appears here

  • See [Assigning Pathways] if you have not yet enrolled Talents

Overview

Once Talents are enrolled, the Enrolments tab of each Pathway becomes your tracking dashboard. Each enrolled Talent shows a progress bar and a status. From here you can act on individual Talents or manage the entire enrolled group at once.

Where to Find It

  1. Go to Develop → Pathways

  2. Open the Pathway you want to track

  3. Click the Enrolments tab

Understanding Progress and Status

Each Talent in the enrolment list shows:

  • Progress bar — the percentage of the Pathway they have completed

  • Status — one of two states:

Status

What it means

On Track

The Talent is making steady progress within the deadline

Off Track

The Talent has missed a deadline or failed a mandatory assessment or checkpoint

💡 Tip: Check the Enrolments tab regularly, especially as due dates approach. Talents marked Off Track may need intervention before they fall too far behind.

Individual Talent Actions

For each enrolled Talent, you can take the following actions:

Progress Overview View exactly where the Talent stands which items they have completed, which are pending, and where they are stuck. If a Talent is Off Track because they failed an assessment, you can choose to reopen that specific content item so they can retake it, or reset their entire journey.

Reset Progress Restarts the Talent's journey from zero. You can set a new due date when resetting. Use this when a Talent needs a full fresh start rather than just reopening a single item.

Remove Talent Unenrols the individual from this Pathway. Their progress data will be removed.

⚠️ Warning: Resetting or removing a Talent's progress is permanent. Progress data cannot be recovered after a reset or removal.

Bulk and Global Actions

Manage the entire enrolled group using these tools, available at the top of the Enrolments tab:

Due Date Behavior Define what happens when the deadline passes for enrolled Talents:

  • Keep Access — Talents can still view and complete content after the due date passes

  • Lock Access — content becomes inaccessible once the deadline is reached

Update Due Date Change the completion deadline for all enrolled Talents at once, or for selected individuals.

Export and Download

  • Export Talents List — downloads a CSV report of all enrolled Talents and their current status and progress

  • Download All Certificates — bulk downloads all certificates earned by Talents who have completed the Pathway

  • Download Checkpoint Submissions — downloads all files or answers submitted by Talents at Checkpoint items

Remove Talents Bulk unenrols selected Talents from the Pathway.
