Overview

The Leaderboard shows how you rank against your peers based on XP points earned through learning activity on Lumofy. The top three positions are highlighted with a podium visual at the top of the page, and the full ranked list appears below.

To open the full leaderboard, click Leaderboard in the top navigation bar, or click See All from the Leaderboard section on your dashboard.

The Leaderboard Table

The table below the podium shows all ranked employees with the following columns:

  • Rank — your position in the overall ranking (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.)

  • Name — employee name and photo

  • Learning Time — total time spent in learning activities on Lumofy (e.g., 36h)

  • Completed Pathway — number of development pathways completed

  • Points — total XP points earned

The table is sorted by Points in descending order by default. The Last Updated timestamp at the top right shows when the leaderboard was last refreshed.

Click View All Names to expand the list if it is paginated.

How XP Points Are Earned

XP points are awarded for completing learning activities on Lumofy. Activities that typically earn XP include:

  • Completing a course or development pathway

  • Attending a live session

  • Passing a talent assessment

  • Other learning activities defined by your organization

The exact XP value for each activity is set by your organization's admin.

FAQ

Can I see where I rank if I am not in the top positions?

Yes. Scroll down the leaderboard table to find your position, or look for your name highlighted in the list.

How often does the leaderboard update?

The leaderboard updates periodically. The exact refresh cadence is set by your organization. The Last Updated timestamp at the top right shows the last refresh time.

Does the leaderboard show all employees in my organization?

It shows all employees who have learning activity on the platform. If your organization has configured scope filters (e.g., by department), the leaderboard may show a filtered view.

Are XP points linked to my performance score?

XP points on the leaderboard are separate from your performance cycle score. They reflect learning engagement, not formal appraisal results.
