Before You Begin
You need an active Lumofy account to use the mobile app. Contact your admin if you do not have one.
The QR code login method requires you to be logged in to Lumofy on a web browser at the same time.
The app is available on iOS and Android.
Step 1: Download the App
Open the Lumofy Mobile App section in your web account — you will find it linked in your profile area or via a banner on your dashboard.
From there, scan the QR code or use the download buttons to install the app:
Google Play — for Android devices
App Store — for iOS devices
Alternatively, search for Lumofy directly in Google Play or the App Store and install it from there.
Step 2: Open the App and Choose Log In with QR Code
Once installed, open the Lumofy app on your phone. On the login screen, tap Log In with QR Code.
Do not close your web browser you will need it open for the next step.
Step 3: Scan the QR Code
On your web browser, go to your Lumofy account. A QR code is displayed on the Lumofy Mobile App page (or via your profile menu).
Point your phone camera at the QR code shown on the web screen. The app scans it automatically and logs you in to your account.
After Logging In
Once logged in, you are taken to the mobile app home screen. Your account data, enrolled pathways, and learning history sync automatically.
You do not need to log in again on the same device unless you explicitly sign out.

Yes. You can log in to the Lumofy app on multiple devices with the same account. Progress syncs across all devices.
