Before You Begin
Surveys and eNPS reviews are sent to you by your organization's admin. You cannot start them on your own.
Your answers are submitted anonymously — your name is not linked to your individual responses.
Once you exit a survey or eNPS without submitting, you may be able to return and continue depending on the survey configuration.
How to Access a Survey or eNPS
When a survey or eNPS review is assigned to you, a task appears in Things To Do on your dashboard. Click it to open the review directly.
You can also find active surveys from your My Performance section or from any notification link you received.
Review Instructions Screen
Before answering questions, an instructions screen is shown with the following details:
Number of Questions — how many questions are in this review
Duration — estimated time to complete (e.g., 25 Mins)
Visibility — shown as Anonymous, confirming your answers cannot be traced back to you
Read the Important Before You Start notice, then click Start Review to begin.
Click Back to Home if you need to return to your dashboard first.
Answering Questions
The survey opens with one question per screen. For each question:
Read the question carefully.
Select your answer from the multiple choice options provided.
Click Next to advance to the next question.
Use Previous to go back and change an earlier answer.
A progress bar at the top shows how far through the survey you are.
Submitting the Survey
After the last question, click Next to submit your responses. The survey closes and your responses are recorded anonymously.
To exit without submitting, click Exit Survey at the bottom left. Depending on configuration, your progress may or may not be saved.
eNPS vs. Surveys
Both eNPS and general surveys follow the same experience — instructions, anonymous questions, and a submit step. The difference is in the content:
eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) — typically includes a rating question (e.g., how likely are you to recommend this company to a friend?) plus follow-up questions.
Surveys — cover a broader range of topics such as engagement, culture, or feedback on specific initiatives.
