Before You Begin
Learning assignments include development pathways, Individual courses, live sessions, and any other learning content assigned to you by your manager or organization.
Your progress on each pathway is tracked automatically as you complete content within it.
The same experience applies whether you are working through a pathway, a standalone course, or a live session — the steps below cover all content types.
How to Access Your Learning Hub
From the top navigation bar, click Learning Hub and then select Development Pathways, or click Development Pathways directly from the navigation.
The Development Pathways page opens with three tabs:
Enrolled Pathways — pathways you are currently assigned to or have started
Open Enrollment — pathways available for self-enrollment
Completed — pathways you have finished
Understanding Pathway Cards
Each pathway card shows:
Pathway name and cover image
Stats bar with counts for: Modules, Courses, and Hours
Progress — a visual indicator of how much of the pathway you have completed
Status badge — for example, Not Started, In Progress, or Completed
Click a pathway card to open it and see its full content structure.
Working Through a Pathway
Inside a pathway you will see a list of modules and the courses or sessions within each module. To complete a pathway:
Open the first module and click the first course or session.
Complete the content — watch the video, read the material, pass the quiz, or attend the session depending on the content type.
Once content is marked complete, the next item in the module unlocks.
Continue through all modules until the pathway shows Completed.
Your progress percentage updates automatically after each completed item.
Course Types Within a Pathway
Pathways can contain different types of content:
Video courses — watch through the full video to mark as complete
SCORM courses — interactive e-learning modules that track completion internally
Live sessions — scheduled instructor-led sessions you attend in real time
Documents and guides — reading materials that mark complete once opened
Each content type has its own completion criteria. Some may include a quiz at the end that you must pass to proceed.
Open Enrollment
If your organization allows self-enrollment, the Open Enrollment tab shows pathways you can join without being assigned. Click Enroll on any pathway to add it to your Enrolled Pathways list and begin learning.
